8.2/10

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were bright with great neutral color decor, lovely, clean, and airy, although it took a few requests before receiving an additional item. The size of the room was larger compared to other hotels. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly, despite a small booking error in their system on arrival. The location was lovely, making me feel welcome right away, especially with a LATE checkout option at 3 pm. However, the overpriced mini-bar was a common downside. The dining experience had a lot to offer but left room for improvement.

7.4/10

The hotel rooms were spacious, with a very comfy bed and couch, but cleanliness was an issue with rubbish from previous guests left behind. The room advertised for 3 guests lacked proper bedding and charged extra for basic amenities. Service was slow and inefficient at times, especially for simple orders, but some staff members were mature and helpful. The location was convenient, surrounded by inviting cafes and restaurants and within walking distance to major attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable but quite pricey. Overall, the hotel has its ups and downs, making it suitable for a girls' weekend getaway with room for improvement.
